VOLUNTEER TO BE A PART OF THE REAL INSURANCE SYDNEY hARBOUR 10K & 5K!

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers for the 2023 Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k & 5k. Join us on Sunday, 23 July 2023 and help us to get our competitors over the finish line in Sydney’s flattest and fastest 10k and 5k. No experience is required for most roles – just positive energy and a friendly attitude.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

By volunteering you will be providing invaluable support both in the lead up and on race day. As a volunteer you will be working with event staff, charities, sporting groups, and other individual volunteers at the various locations around the 10km and 5km courses.

We are looking for volunteers to cover a range of roles in a variety of event venues:

Pre-event Registration Tent (race pack pick up) – Forecourt of the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay
Event Base – Forecourt of the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay
Start Line – George Street, The Rocks
Course Areas – Hickson Rd, Barangaroo Reserve, King St Wharf, Darling Harbour, Pyrmont

EVENT DETAILS

Event Date:  Sunday, 23 July 2023

Registration Tent:  Friday, 21 July – Sunday, 23 July 2023

Event Start Time:  7:30am (volunteer shifts start between 5:30am & 6:30am)

Event Finish Time:  Approximately 11:00am

The event has a nice early start with an early finish (by 11:00am). The hours are short, so this is a great opportunity to volunteer and then enjoy the rest of the day in the city.
