Under signature Sydney blue skies Liam Adams (NSW) won the third Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k in 29:06 ahead of fellow Commonwealth Games team member Martin Dent (ACT) in second place in 29:15. Third place was taken out by Sydney 2000 Olympic Steeplechase champion, Reuben Kosgei from Kenya in 29:16.
Louise Rule was leading a full life including taking part in swimming squad training when she was diagnosed with Leukaemia in October 2010. Her life changed dramatically as she started chemotherapy immediately and concentrated her full energy on her recovery.

The Sydney Harbour 10k is back for a third year, sponsored for the second year by Real Insurance, giving you the chance to run around the sparkling Sydney Harbour in a flat and fast course on Sunday 13 July 2014.
Olympian Lisa Weightman (VIC) led the women's field home finishing in a personal best 10km road time of 32:13, followed by Emily Brichacek (ACT) in 32:34 and third place went to Victoria Mitchell (NSW) in 33:36.
Real Insurance is the new naming rights partner of the Sydney Harbour 10k.
